SOS Staffing Services Inc. installed VistaPoint in February when it deployed an IP-based phone system from Mitel Networks Corp., according to Kent Lewin, CIO at the temporary employment company in Salt Lake City. The software improves the receptionist’s ability to track employees at headquarters and in three remote offices, as well as sales staff on the road, Lewin said.
“From a customer service standpoint, being able to keep track of calls and know what’s going on is important,” Lewin said.
